Thomas Feindt assumed responsibility for Deutsche Börse’s Regulatory Services in May 2019, which was converted to Regulatory Services GmbH on 01 April 2020, a 100% subsidiary of Deutsche Börse AG. Regulatory Services GmbH offers reporting solutions to help clients meet current and future regulatory obligations.
Thomas Feindt has over 25 years of expertise in the financial services, IT and outsourcing industry. Before joining Deutsche Börse Group, Thomas Feindt was Managing Director and Principal Project Manager at Commerzbank AG for more than eight years, where he was mainly responsible for the implementation of complex regulatory requirements.
He started his career at Citibank in 1993 in marketing and sales. In the course of his career, he held different roles in areas such as product management, delivery management as well as sales and account management.
Thomas Feindt holds a degree in Economics from Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main.
Christian Paulußen is part of Deutsche Börse Group’s Regulatory Services GmbH since April 2020 and member of the Management Board of Regulatory Services GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Deutsche Börse AG. As member of the Management Board he holds responsibility for finance and central functions. As of April 2020, Regulatory Services GmbH takes over data-service provisioning from Deutsche Börse AG. The Regulatory Services GmbH offers reporting solutions to help clients meet their regulatory obligations.
Christian Paulußen has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and consulting industry. Before starting his tasks at Regulatory Services GmbH, Christian was Consultant in the IT- and Organizational Development area and manager of Deutsche Börse Goup’s Corporate Office. Besides his role as Managing Director at Regulatory Services GmbH he leads the Section IT Strategy, Culture and PMI in the CIO/ COO Division.
Christian Paulußen is Qualified Bank Officer and holds degrees in Business Administration from FH-Aachen and Coventry University.
Gloria Pfaue is part of Deutsche Börse’s Regulatory Services since May 2018, and established Regulatory Services GmbH on 06 June 2019, a 100% subsidiary of Deutsche Börse AG. As of 01 April 2020, Regulatory Services GmbH has taken over service provisioning from Deutsche Börse AG. Regulatory Services GmbH offers reporting solutions to help clients meet current and future regulatory obligations.
Gloria Pfaue has over 25 years of expertise in the financial services, trading and regulatory compliance. Prior joining Regulatory Services, Gloria Pfaue was Managing Director at Eurex Bonds GmbH - BaFin authorized MTF - for four years, being responsible for sales, products & services and IT platform operations.
Before joining Deutsche Börse Group, she started her career at Unicredit Group in 1994. In the course of her career, she held different roles in areas such as Real Estate Finance, Corporate Governance & Development as well as Head of Investor Relations and Communications. Thereafter she held a role as regional DACH-Manager for EuroMTS Bond trading Platform in London.
Gloria Pfaue holds a degree in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt/Main.
