Deutsche Börse AG would like to inform you of a delay in MIFIR Transaction Reporting via the ARM service that occurred from Monday, 14th May 2018, to Wednesday, 16th May 2018, and which affected the transmission of transaction designated for the German Regulator (BaFin) and UK Regulator (FCA).
The transactions reported from Monday, 14th May 2018, at 18:06 CEST until Wednesday, 16th May 2018 at 16:50 CEST were not immediately transmitted to the abovementioned authorities. Transactions received during the aforementioned period and designated for submission to BaFin were submitted by Wednesday, 16th May 2018, at 20:22 CEST and transactions designated for submission to FCA were submitted by Thursday, 17th May 2018, 05:45 CEST.
At this time all files and transactions have been submitted to both NCAs correctly. Therefore there is no further action required by clients. Clients will notice that daily totals and responses will look different due to the delay in sending these transactions.
Both NCAs have been informed about the abovementioned implications on the provision of the ARM service by Deutsche Börse AG.
