Changes that affect the licensing of Information, must be updated by the Contracting Party or the Subscriber in MD+S interactive within 90 days. All other provided information must be updated or confirmed, as the case may be, at least once a year.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement, all Subscribers of a Contracting Party who receive Real-time Information via a Data Feed and/or an API and/or other form of uncontrolled Onward Dissemination are required to provide information about their usage in MD+S interactive. Subscribers shall be informed about this requirement in the Vendor Service Agreements by the Contracting Party. The entitlement and onward dissemination of Information is subject to prior approval by Deutsche Börse AG.
Exempted from the declaration are Subscribers, which receive Information for display purposes only within desktop software (e.g. Terminal / Front-end solution) offered and controlled by the Contracting Party.
The Onward Dissemination of Real-time Information by an Information Provider via a data feed and/or API and/or other form of uncontrolled Onward Dissemination to Subscribers is permitted only if Deutsche Börse AG has given its prior approval to the Information Provider. Applications for approval can be made by the Information Provider or the Subscriber via MD+S interactive or via e-mail to email@example.com. Providing information about data usage as well as prior licensing for the specific Information usage by the Subscriber is mandatory for granting requested approval.
Exempted from the declaration are Subscribers, which receive data for display purposes within desktop software only (e.g. Terminal / Front-end solution) offered and controlled by the Information Supplier.
