innogy SE and Uniper SE to be included in MDAX Deutsche Börse reviews index composition/ Changes to be effective as of 19 December 2016

On Monday, Deutsche Börse announced changes to its selection indices, which will become effective on 19 December 2016. The shares of innogy SE and Uniper SE will be included in the MDAX index and will replace the shares of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG and DMG MORI AG. The inclusion of innogy SE and Uniper SE is based on the fast entry rule; both companies are eligible for the index inclusion due to their market capitalisation and order book turnover.

The following changes will therefore apply for the SDAX index: the shares of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG and DMG MORI AG will be included in the index and will replace the shares of Leifheit AG and Ferratum Oyj.

In TecDAX the share of MediGene AG will be included, the share of AIXTRON SE will leave the index. The exclusion of AIXTRON SE is based on the fast exit rule; the shares no longer fulfill the market capitalisation requirements to remain in the index.

The constituents of the DAX index remain unchanged.

The next scheduled index review is 3 March 2017.

Please find enclosed an overview of all index changes here.
